if you’re new to playing the guitar, you ideally need to change your strings every 2 weeks to a month depending on how much you play. we can provide this service for ou either while you wait or at no extra cost we can show you how to do it yourself and save yourself some money in the future! you can provide your own strings or we can provide them for you. setting up you guitar or bass to a professional standard is the most effective way to get the best possible tone and performance that it’s capable of.

this will include:

• nut slot height adjustment

• fretboard clean and oil

• external clean and shine

• internal clean and test

• truss rod, internation, string height and pick up height adjustment.

• fresh set of string that you can provide youself or we can provide for you. (fees apply)

  You will get the chance to test you instrument when you come to collect it to see if you would like any adjustments to be made, or if you have any requests prior to the serve please don’t hesitate to ask!

Guitar hardware refers to the non-electrical outer components of thje guitar such as

• the bridge

• machine heads

• nut

• strap buttons

• saddles

  We can replace any of these for you either if damaged, or simply if you haveb a new look in mind. You can provide your own parts or we can provide them for you. (fees apply)

We can help with anything internal from damaged circuits, to tone modifications.

over the years, the frets on your guitar or bass can become ridged and hammered down where the strings have been pressed against them. Revitalizing your frets can be one of the best ways to improve your instruments performance, as your affectively resetting ypur fret board to if it were brand new.

• Fret dressing - We file the frets down so that they are level, then we polish them for a nice shiny finish, then we finish off with a basic setup adjusting the truss rod, string height, and intonation.

• Fret replacement - If your frets are particularly worn, you may need to replace them all together, this is a straightforward procedure the we can provide.
